Mumbai CST Station to Kurla LTT
Mumbai CST Station to Kurla LTT
First of all, I want to thank everyone for their fantastic answers to the many questions that I have posted here on IndiaMike. Trust me, I will be putting back a lot of what I have taken once I return from my trip in January.
Secondly, can anyone tell me how to get from Mumbai CST to Mumbai Kurla Station LTT? I have a train to Varanasi to catch noonish on a Sunday so what would be the best way to travel across town? How much time should I budget and approximately how much would your solution cost?
Thanks!

From CST, take a harbour line suburban train(NOT MAIN LINE) to station Tilak Nagar. Tilak Nagar is the next suburban station after Kurla. From Tilak Nagar, LTT is walking distance, even with luggage !
Make sure you take the right harbour line train - any train going to Panvel, Vashi, Belapur or Mankhurd will do, DO NOT board a harbour line train for Bandra or Andheri!!
The time for the journey is 45 min., as all harbour line trains are slow trains, stopping at all stations.
The cost of my solution - priceless !!!!

Whoever said money can't buy happiness didn't know where to shop !
Would you please suggest me how to reach LTT (Mumbai) train station from DADAR (Mumbai) station?

Where in Dadar would you get down? Would it be western or central?
If Western, then take a ticket to Kurla, take the overbridge and cross over to Central get down at Kurla and take an auto to LTT.
