Hi
I will travel from HWH to Vishakapatnam on the Coromandal Express. It is scheduled to arrive in Vishakapatnam at 04:20 am. I then want to catch the 1VK,VSKP-KRDL-PASS to Araku Valley that leaves Vishakapatnam at 06:50 am. I would like to know if that is enough time given that the Coromandal Express maybe late arriving into Vishakapatnam. Or does it arrive on time or close to it.

You should be OK, I've heard the Coromandel is a reliable train, just don't eat the food from the pantry car of that train.
The timetable has at least 38 minutes added to the journey time between Berhampur and Vizag to help the train arrive 'on time'. Brahmapur 23:57 Vishakapatnam 04:20 But on the same train in the other direction.... Vishakapatnam 22:20 Brahmapur 02:05 The following website allows you to see how reliable the train has been over the last 4 days. (search for todays train, then look for the date in the address bar/url, change the 12 to 11 or 10, 09 etc, then press enter) http://www.trainenquiry.com/ In the last 4 days, the train has arrived at Vizag 30 minutes late, 40 minutes late and 50 minutes late, on the other day it arrived on time. Very bad monsoon conditions can close this line sometimes.
