Hi All!
Have a quick question. Want to book a train ticket over the internet, leaving from Mumbai CST.
Has anyone done this, is it legit and can you get the ticket delivered to the Mumbai station and pick it up there? I am just a bit worried if I get the ticket sent to the station by typing in the Mubai CST train station on the dleivery page of the India Railways, that like most things in India, I can't totally trust that it will be there when I go to pick it up.......

At the moment you still cannot get tickets delivered to the train stations (other than New Delhi).

One of the most amazing things about India is that, despite what may seem like chaos and overwhelming bureaucracy, things do turn up, god alone knows how, no sooner have you convinced yourself that the officials are stark raving mad, you find everything has worked just as it should.

An enjoyable, educational hour, can be spent changing money at a Bank of India branch (is that the right name?), it will be a small example of how India never allows one man to do the work that 10 men could do.

I'm trying to look at trains from Delhi-Bikaner and back for next year, and the site keeps telling me the trains are cancelled! Any ideas?
