Heading say :
Bihari Brother, During your train journey if eat something given by a unknown than you're gone

Now the cartoon portion:
Thief(in a very friendly tone): Where are you going?
Traveller: Hajipur
Thief: I also have to go to hajipur

Thief: Then we both are traveller of same destination, Have this biscuit..

The traveller eats that..

Thief: My Darling, now keep sleeping till Hajipur.

Thief: Get out of this quickly!!! i had a good opening today

Traveller: Just in one biscuit i lost every thing, oh my dad..

Now the below line:
During your Rail Journey if you mingle with strangers and eat something then you are inviting trouble. so keep away from that..
