How to delete "Failed Payments" on IRCTC booking site?

You may see from my just previous post that I have been trying to book train tickets on the IRCTC website, with many failures and eventually two successes.

So I have accumulated a number of entries in the "Failed Payments" section. Does anyone know how to delete these? It probably doesn't matter but just seems untidy to leave them...

Cheers,
- P

P.S. By the way, it seems that the "Buy" button doesn't work in the window you get when you call up an entry from Failed Payments (I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer). So I was forced to re-type all the details every time... guess I should complain to IRCTC, not here, so I will!

follow-up on Failed Payments

IRCTC customer care told me to clear all the temporary files and history and try again, but this didn't make the "Buy" button work.

Also, they told me that it is not possible to delete entries from Failed Payments.

Cheers,
- P

P.S. Found two similar complaints about the "Buy" button on Failed Payments screen, on IndiaMike in this thread:
Nuts & Bolts of online registration for railway ticket booking.

Please note that the failed payment list is a permanent entry, there is no
any provision to delete the list.
