by end of july things should settele down i dont think there should be any cause of worry then. as already govt has started talks with the community. its a political issue and railblocks were removed according to some sources for some time yesterday.
there is army in huge numbers. the road travell is usually safe and road conditions average usually but if the trains are blocked the roads too are not spared usually. even if there is a problem then air travell is a good option or worst still u can come to gurgaon or dehi and then proceed to agra by road the jaipur delhi/gurgaon highway is relatively clear.

Cheer up buddy, riots, especially the 'minor' ones are very much a part of daily/weekly/monthly life in India ! By July end, they would have been long forgotten, so you'll be able to travel in peace !

today again the talks have failed and there may be a few more days before things resolve finally by use of brute force by the army against the agitating community. yes but july is far no such roa block has known to last that long.
