Help please with Internet train booking register

Hi there. I have come to a stand still with the first part - the registration - I have put as the residential / office address - the New Delhi hotel (Main Bazar area).where I am staying but the form is requesting a PIN*
I am not going to let it beat me but have very little time before I leave.
Any help would be so much appreciated.
any other hints for the next stages would also be a help for this old geezer.
cheers Mary

ZIP = Zoning Improvement Plan; implemented in 1963 by the U.S. postal service to increase automation of mail sorting. When was the PIN code system implemented in India?

If your mastercard have the normal xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx number and the xx/xx exp date you really should be able to get by.
I don't seem to remember that IR asked for the 3 digit code on the back of the card, but on some web pages you will need to apply that as well.
