help me to book the train ticket from kalka to shimla

Hi all,

i belong to chennai, working in Dubai.
i have a plan to go Shimla & Manali on Sep(mid).

i wan to book a couple of ticket(especially Shivalik Queen coach) from Kalka to Shimla from last 4days.
i couldnt book through online & i dont know weather this train is running or not.
then tried lot of times to contact over phone Shimla railway station, Himachal tourism etc. , but no one is picking the phone.

pls tell me what should i do?
also if know any authorised travel agency to book the ticket, pls let me know
