Indians are getting exposed to Ronald & pizza outlets in a hurry - they want to emulate the West and with that comes all of the problems of health. I am glad that they are including Nirulas as well so that the consumer has a choice - in my case I would rather have idli vada / puri - bhaji (even if it is oily since I have had that at train stations for years growing up) than Ronald's or Pizza stuff.

Cheers

There is a great food court next to the entrance of the 2nd Howrah building (higher platform numbers, furthest away from Howrah Bridge)(Kolkata), it serves all sorts of South Indian food in a very clean environment, I tried it 3 times, lovely stuff, if your in a hurry the place has a stall outside just for their Hyderabad Biryani, truly delicious.
