Family bed allocation all split up. Can we get together?

I am travelling through India by myself and 3 children. Even though I booked all my 1 and 2AC tickets close to 90 days ahead for each sector, I have noticed that in about 6 of our booked overnight trips, we seem to be in different areas, but at least the same carriage e.g 3,4, 14,15. Does anyone know if there is a way we can arrange to be together before the trip starts? Otherwise, has anyone had any experience of a family being split up and having to arrange with other passengers to swap. Obviously, I won't leave my kids on their own, so it would make for a very crowded sleeper if the occupants aren't willing to swap. Appreciate any advice.

they will definitely help you. you can take a guarantee from me. only if someone is very old and you have been alloted an upper berth which he or she wouldnt be able to climb you might be refused otherwise everyone will be willing to help you. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THIS. have a nice trip.

You can either
a) Request your co-passengers - sometimes even they may have limitations of their own.
b) Request the ticket checker/collector. They will help you out.
