E ticket and travel from IGI airport to Station

If I buy an e-mail ticket for travel on a train in India, would it be delivered to me in Canada. Secondly, my flight arrives at the airport at 6:15 PM in last week of November. Would I have enough time after immigration and customs to catch a train, Jammu Express, from New Delhi railway station leaving at 9:30 Pm for Punjab? Thanks for your suggestions.

Please browse the threads in this section to learn about train booking and the tickets. Indian Railways do not deliver tickets anywhere outside India, and then even only in selected cities.

You don't need anything delivered with an e-ticket: you print your own from the site or the email they send you.

And I think you're cutting it too fine to catch that train - you might just make it, but if it were me I would leave at least 4-5 hours minimum before the train departure and your arrival time, just to be on the safe side.

It would definitely be easier for you to go to Delhi Cantt - the traffic at that time of night will be less, nowhere as congested as around New Delhi station and as vsp says, it is closer to the airport.
