Do IRCTC, Clear Trip, erail etc. ever reply to emails?

I have contacted IRCTC and other Indian train sites via email several times over the last 3 weeks to try and determine why there are no trains availale between New Delhi and Haridwar From the 5th Dec to the 22nd Dec.
I got one automated reply giving a queiry number, but never heard back. Is this normal for India?
Having no trouble using IRCTC to book trains on other routes!!
Is anyone else experiencing problems

VSP, the 8477 is the first trian I have seen that shows availability on the 19th of Dec. Looks like 8478 is ISP STN Deleted from 5th to 22nd Dec.
What does this message mean as I get this message for all my searches New Delhi to Haridawar!! As you say there must be some operational problem. I just wish the would answer my emails or acknowledge there is a problem!!
Hitanshu, I guess my query is not considered important as I have no reply for over 3 weeks!!!.

I just tried the 8477 for the 19th Dec NZM to Haridwar junction on the IRCTC site. When checking for availability I get a big red message "This Halt deleted"
I just booked from Kayankulam Jn to Villuparam Jn for the 15th Jan with no problems.
Is new Delhi to Haridwar a shorter advance booking period??
I am still confused!!!

why dont try calling thier call centers.its tough to get a line but you will get a reply.

Hi Santos,
It might cost quite a lot to call from Australia, especially if I am on hold for a long time.
I am having no trouble booking my longer train trips for India.
If I have to I will go from delhi to Haridwar by car or bus

Thanks for that offer to call them.
My problem is "When I try to book trains from New Delhi to Haridwar for the 19th dec (preferred train 2017) I get the message ISL STN DELETED" In fact this message comes up for all trains from New Delhi to Hariwar from between 4th and 22nd Dec 09

My questions are
1 - what does the message "ISL STN DELETED" mean?
2 - Are there some technical issues preventing trains being booked during this period?
3 - What is the advance booking period for the 2017?

I have checked on IRCTC site every 2 or 3 days for the last 3 weeks and always get the same message similar message for other trains on this route!!

just checked tonight and same message

IRCTC has healed itself and the trains i wanted are now booked

However they never did reply to my emails
