coach number?

Hey...

I have booked some seats in 2AC online and have been given berh 29 and 30 in coach 1A...Is 1A generally 2AC? are these upper berths?

We're going in 10 days, so just a little excited and exploring stuff....

these may be side upper and side lower berths
indicated as SU & SL on your ticket rigt next to your seat number.

I would have expected 1A to be 1st class A/c.

On a few trains, you have half the compartment 1A/C and half 2 A/C. Maybe this is one of those.

Fairly certain my last trip (2AC) was in coach 1A.

Confusing? Yep....

I think first AC is denoted H1

You will not find Berth Numbers 29 & 30 in the 2AC portion of HA-1 Coach. :-)

In any case no Berth Numbers either in IAC Coach (or) in IAC portion of HA1 Coach.
