Cleartrip / IRCTC hiccups

Has anyone else noticed more hiccups than usual (?) in train bookings through Cleartrip? Around 1 May I had no trouble making bookings, but this week I've tried to book tickets for the Mumbai Rajdhani in July on four separate occasions, on four separate days (latest attempt today), and on each occasion the booking failed at the confirmation stage, after the money was charged on my Visa account. While I do appreciate Cleartrip's prompt refund procedures - the money has been refunded in 1-2 days - I really would like to get my trip booked, too. I sent them a complaint yesterday through the "Tell us what you think" link but have received no reply so far.

Um, actually I noticed the exact same problem had been discussed here - Cleartrip problem.

Still, I'd like to hear if anyone has found a solution other than creating a brand new Cleartrip account and going once again through the whole IRCTC-account-workaround-thing...
