Change of Boarding Station

I had booked a ticket from Borivili to Bikaner. i had some work at Surat so did i change my boarding point by visiting one of the PRS counter. but my work at surat no longer exists. i want to board the same train from borivili only from where my ticket was originally booked.

can't i change the boarding point back to Borivili as my ticket is from borivili initially.

i still have 3 days to board the train.

Please reply ASAP.

All I can point out to is the similar threads at the end of this page. Also why not try changing again the way you did the first time?

Mithun,

1. Give a revised boarding request.

2. Inform the station master of the boarding station prior to boarding.

3. I have done this before down south and have not had any issues. You should not have any issues as well....unless some smart alec tte tries to exploit you.
