Hi,
Today morning I have booked a tatkal ticket(Train name: Konark Express)for 30th Dec from Mumbai to Secunderabad(Fare:Rs.368).when i booked,it's status was W/L 25,CK and current status is WL21.If I cancel the ticket before 24 hours of scheduled departure how much amount will I get back?

you will get 100% refund including service charge charged by ur bank or card issuer.

Are you sure that the "service charge" charged by bank will also be refunded ?

yes in case of waitlisted ticket cancellation, u get whole refund...
