Cancellation of Tatkal WL ticket

I have booked an e-ticket on Tatkal Quota from Pune to Bhubaneswar on 24 May,2009, and the date of journey is 29-May,2009 which is in waiting list i.e CKWL2.

Could you pls let me know whether this ticket will get confirmed or there are no chances of the ticket getting confirmed.

If I cancel the ticket before 24 hrs of train departure then how much percentage of total fare will get refunded?Will the Tatkal charges also get refunded?

for waitlisted Tatkal ticket cancellations, charges are as per normal cancellation rules .

Normal Cancellations rules means Rs 20 deduction and rest wil be refunded right.
One question, is there any chance of such tickets getting confirmed?
