Can not book Trains New Delhi to Haridwar over the net?

If you are arriving in Delhi at 17.20. Instead of waiting for shatabdi till next morning you can take a bus to Haridwar. You will reach Haridwar before 6.00am.

There are AC buses available on this route.

Yes Gaurav the bus is an option. I am attempting to travel by day so as to experience the views of country side (this is my first visit to India). i was just being lazy and not want to carry Tablas and pack to a hotel in Parkhanj. Thought staying on a station could be a unique experience in itself!!
I tried to book 2017 again today but still not available after the 4th Dec?

The IRCTC site is now allowing bookings for all dates. There must have been an operational prolem as suggested by others. I have now booked all my trains for India.
