1. Is Indian Railways allowing break journey nowadays. Is yes, is it allowing this facility in Rajdhani Express?
2. Is helpline "139" helpful helping to book a circular ticket? Can I book circular ticket from irctc.co.in or from cleartrip.com?

I'm about 90% sure that 'break journey' isn't allowed on Rajdhani trains, but I may be wrong, it's been a long time since I looked at the rules.
Break Journey tickets can only be booked at railway stations, and not from irctc, cleartrip or 139.
