Booking of train tickets (for Express train)
Dear all,
I'm looking to book my train tics from New Jalpaiguri (NJP) to Mughal Sarai Jn (MGS), departing on 3 Jan 2008, either one of these trains;
North East Express (2505)
Ghy Bme Bkn Express (5632)
However, till to-date, the tickets for these trains are not avaiable.
may i know do these trains open for bookings yet or the tickets are all sold out?

Book the North East Express from Jalpaiguri Road station to Allahabad.
It's the only way to book that train.

Train 5632 has to be booked from New Jalpaiguri to Kanpur Central, but only a few berths. (none in 3A for 3rd Jan, but 30 in Sleeper Class)

I just got my confirm tics for 3rd class; however, is it safe for me to board the train at NJP (and act as dumb tourist; hoping that my berth will not be allocated to those on wait-list)?
also, how timely is this train? will it be late? coz i taking the toy train from darjeerling to NJP, arriving ard 1640hrs on same day.
pls share your views.
