HI,
I have reserved 2 tickets(Senior citizen) in 3AC in internet(IRCTC.co.in).
one ticket is confirmed. another is PQWL. So 100% doubt to get confirm that ticket.

so whether the confirmed passenger share the seat with PQWL passenger?

Whether PQWL passenger can travel in reserved compartment??
whether TTR allow to travel normally or get any special permission. Because the train will stop 1 minute only in my station. Also they are senior citizen. they can't go to unreserved compartment also.

So please suggest to me what to do?

Having booked in the same PNR, even if the 2nd passenger remains waitlisted, it would make him eligible to travel with confirmed co-passenger.

That is upto you to decide what to do!!
##
##
One Passenger Confirmed+One Passenger WL'ed at the time of charting:
1)
Same PNR=> Single Ticket=> Counter/E/I Ticket=> WL'ed passenger can travel with his confirmed co-passenger.
He may also adjust with other co-passengers based on their consent and the approval of TTE.
While allotment of vacant berths, he would be trated at par with the RAC Passengers.

2)
Different PNR=> Different Ticket.
Counter/I-Ticket=> Would not be automatically cancelled=> Makes passenger eligible to travel with his confirmed co-passenger at the approval of TTE. Rest follows as written above.
WL'ed passengers in such cases wont be eligible to board premium trains like Rajdhani/Duronto/Shatabdi.

E-Ticket=> Fully WL'ed tickets are automatically cancelled. Hence if WL'ed passenger decides to travel, he would be treated as ticketless traveler subjecting him to pay fine.

As of now, it is unofficially said that the permission to travel for the partially waitlisted passenger solely rests upon the TTE. If he obliges, well and good else you need to find alternate ways out.
