Can't.

Finished our current mango stock yesterday, so have to wait until after the next fruit shopping!

Apart from just eating as it is, my favourite and most simple thing to do with a mango is mango lassi. For extra flavour, and extra smoothness, I add a banana. I usually make a pint-glass full!

You can also add a touch of tea masala (ie nutmeg, cinnamon, etc etc) for a touch of spiciness.

I'd like to try adding some lemon zest (finley grated skin) to blance the sweetness. Had this once in a London Mallu restaurant, and it was very good

Mangoes in chennai

Are good mangoes available in Chennai(by good I mean north Indian varieties like Dussehri, Langda, Bambaiyya etc). When I was there a decade or more back couldn't find decent mangoes esily. Only south Indian mangoes like(Baingan Pally etc).

Kulfi is an Indian-style no-churn ice cream. It's frozen in kulfi moulds much like those used for pop sickles.

It's yummy, esp when mango is added to it.

How about just real, ripe, juicy mangoes, without all those frills!
