kofta rules but I really dont see the big deal with them dosas... Lets face it. Its just some kind of Pankake (or something....)!!!

Papdi Chaat
Bhel Puri Gadbad Icecream in Udipi (only place i have seen icecream concoction made) semige (rice vermicelli noodles with jaggery/coconut sauce) Ok... too many things. I am hungry. |

masala dosa is not just another pancake as it is not made with flour. it is made using a paste made from rice and lentils....this makes it a whole lot more than just another pancake and a whole lot better in my mouth!
there is so much good food in india i will second seventieshippy sans meat...

Or those deep fried chilis you can buy on train station platforms...
Or those omlettes with red onions and green chilis that come sandwiched in that sweet tasting bread. Or idli. |
