That's like calling "Crepes Suzette" just another pancake ! Especially if it was Suzette making them for you....
Good dosas are hard to beat. The texture plus flavour make it a winner.
Best I had was at Woodlands in Chennai.
Think this may now be called New Woodlands. Can anyone confirm?

W22 ... who's mouth is starting to water just thinking about such goodies.

Think

masala dosa is not just another pancake as it is not made with flour. it is made using a paste made from rice and lentils....this makes it a whole lot more than just another pancake and a whole lot better in my mouth!

there is so much good food in india i will second seventieshippy sans meat...

I'm starving hungry now and would happily eat any of the things listed.

But dosas are one of my favorites.

Or those deep fried chilis you can buy on train station platforms...

Or those omlettes with red onions and green chilis that come sandwiched in that sweet tasting bread.

Or idli.
