Mahanandi » Spinach ~ Garlic Dal (Palakura~Vellulli Pappu)

it is -the- most fantastic dal recipe and an almost weekly dinner item for me at the moment. i am obsessed.

for those of you who are vegetarian and like andhra food, the site may have some other goodies to offer too...
