saffron rice
pls name as many rice dishes as possible that include saffran. i have sampled one last night and became an addict to this magical combination.

Two of my favourites :
1. Keshar Bhat - A Maharashtrian preparation, sweet rice with saffron, cashew and raisins . Delicious ! 2. Mutton Biryani with a dash of saffron. Doubly delicious !!
