Ridiculous Exoticism of the Mundane

I bought a box of Decaf Tazo Chai Spiced Black Tea bags at the grocery store here in New York. The bag says, I assume seriously:

Throughout India, chai wallahs can be found serving cups of decaffeinated chai to souls who naturally seek inner beauty and a slightly gentler pace.

In 250 words for fewer, what's wrong with the statement?

Sometimes it's better not to analyse: lets just laugh!

But... don't you have laws about what can be said on pakaging in the USA?

I can recall the young barefoots in their dirty red uniforms carrying dented thermos' and pacing the length of the trains calling: "Chaieee, Chaieeeee, decaffeinated Chaieeeee!"

Here's an ad that appeared in Marg magazine in 1964 for the Taj Mahal hotel in Bombay.

I got quite a chuckle out of it ... but probably would not
be too savy for business/architectural safety in this day and
age!?

Decaffinated?? Maybe that's why I was ordering them four at a time on the train. I am not seeking inner beauty at a gentle pace. I want to feed my inner snarliness, at breakneck speed, with full strenth caffiene, especially in the morning on the train. Decaffinated chai...what next, curdless lassis, odorless incense?

My India is an India of unhygienic chai-wallahs and chai stops next to defecating cows. I love it because of that. If it was decaffeinated chai and inner beauty and gentler peace... I don't think I'd know what to do with it, in India!!
