Does anyone out there know of a website or a cookbook that has recipes in English and Kannada (with a preference for non-veg)?
If any of the India Mike nation can name some of the more popular South Indian dishes, I can try to track down the appropriate recipes and have them translated. Thanks!

If you want them for personal use, try YouTube! However, if you want to publish a book, then I would contact a local cook. I am sure there are many in Banglore who would be interested in publishing a book.
