Rajasthani Restaurant/Cook in Los Angeles?

After traveling in Rajasthan rural villages for 3 months last year and enjoying the local traditional dishes, I am working on a rajasthani cooking class event for mid july.

It is in collaboration with a public library and will take place there.

Please recomend me if you know of an restaurant/cook of Rajasthani origin that would like to cook a few traditional dishes for this tasting event. (based on a past event an estimated 70 people are expected to attend).

You can try to visit "Little India" over in Cerritos and try to ask a few of the restaurant managers if their chefs can make any rajastani food.
