Strange, I just posted an answer to the same question in another thread.
Well what the Google bro won't say is that Nathu's Kulchas are very good not oily as the Bhaturas. The Matka Kulfi & Lassi both are very good. Try their Kaju Burfees.

Actually there are quite a few Nathu's in Delhi....
The original is in Bengali Market, then there is the one in Sunder Nagar which was my haunt for years and I still go there to buy my Indian sweets. Then there is one in New Friends Colony market, one in sec 18 Noida market, I think one in Okhla near Kalakaji Bus depot. Sorry these are the ones I have personally seen or eaten in, there may be others.
Please note though the menus etc are similar I do not think they belong to the same people , they may be franchised.

In MHO,if you want to eat good vegeterian food ( as most of these Nathu's tend to serve) try Sweet Corner in Sunder Nagar Market, right nect to Nathu's but buy the sweets at Nathu's.

The other similar chain which does good vegeterian fare and excellent quality sweets is Haldiram's.
