Kakori & other Kababs

As you head towards Nizamuddin from Lodhi Road in Delhi just after the flyover' on the right is a small eatery called "Ap ki khatir" meaning service for you. As u park & roll down the windows two things meet you. The aroma of Kababs drifting out of the shop & a smiling young lad who speaks English too. You then place your order. Depending on the weather you can either go out & sit on the bench or wait in the car. Be careful when you eat your Galauti Kabab... it is so soft!!! Move on to Sheek Kababs & the finale with Kakori Kababs. Kakori last because of its strong aroma.
You enter another great foodie area as you leave this joint & move on.. turn right. That will be another story.

In my opinion Tundey Mian wont succeed in Delhi or Gurgaon. The approach is very different.... Tundey Mian is a brand to only a band of fans. The whole affair is so very basic & you know that basic doesn't sell here... quality & technique are in demand but not that just the two. Karim has somehow managed to acquire a brand value, they are lucky.
u are lucky too H@H to have had your fill while the good time lasted... my daughter often goes to Lucknow so I still get my quota. The Kali Mirch Murgh of Lucknow is another story so is the Bhuna Ghost...
