Indian sweets
I prefer the fat and juicy boondi ladoos of south India to motichoor, but only those that have a lot of cashew nuts in them, and preferably home made. Its a tedious process, a now departed uncle of mine used to do them rather well, it was his hobby, he was a professor of mathematics otherwise.
