Foodproject India

After I came back from India, I realise how much i miss this great country. I WANT TO GO BACK!

That was a little bit Of Topic but let's get on with the topic.

On my home economics we are going to work in pairs we got to choose on country to work with. First of all we are going to write five pages about the food culture in the country. Yeah, I know India is a very big country. Can anyone give me some information about
Indian food culture or a page that involves it. Thank you.

And then we are going to do a practical test, we are going a head course and a dessert in about two hours. And i would also like to do some bread for the food. Maybe Chapati? Doesn't have to go in the owen, thats one reason. Or what should I choose. I have no idea it's so muuuch! I would really love to get some tips and information. Please.

Thank you for your time reading this.

Woops! This is not Rangalo, this is his son.

Why don't you read this

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuisine_of_India

to get a basic understanding of Indian cuisine.

At the bottom are also links to Indian dishes descriptions and Indian recipes websites.

Good luck!
