Food fusion
The latest food fusion idea i have seen was a Nan bread pizza with a Chicken Vindaloo Topping - wtf is that all about? In a standard pizza box with Italian colours the base is a pizza shaped nan bread with a topping of chicken, onions and peppers covered in a hot, fiery sauce - bizaare to say the least
Can't wait to see the equivalent - a pepperoni and mozzarella Curry ![]() |

Well, so far the weirdest one I have seen is "Chineese Dosa"
Dosa with fillings of noodles served with schezwan sauce, which quite popular in my office colleagues perhaps another example of Hindi-Chinni Bhai-Bhai (Indo-China brotherhood) Anindya
