CHANDIGARH: Wine lovers in Chandigarh can now munch on their favourite dal and roti even while enjoying their drink in the city's pubs and bars.
The excise department here has made it mandatory for all bars to serve dal and roti, the region's staple food, in their establishments.

But why is the excise department interested in this?
