Karims in Delhi

Here is a reccommendation for you non-vegetarians on this site who happen to be in Delhi or are planning to go there. If you would like to try some authentic Mughlai cuisine then venture into Old Delhi and visit Karim's near the south gate of the Jama Masjid. The food is superb and not expensive. the place is mainly used by Delhi-ites who know a good thing when they taste it! I was reminded of it when I received an E-mail from an Indian friend in Delhi yesterday saying he and some friends were going there last night and that they would think of us as they started their meal. There is another branch in Nizamuddin which is slightly more posh- more comfortable surroundings and more like an Indian restaurant overseas, where the food is equally good.
Bon appetit
and good travelling
