Cho Cho Bhat (?) - breakfast dish
Hi, I just had an awesome breakfast dish in Hubli. The hotel guy who gave it to me didn't speak much english, but told me the dish was called cho cho bhat (I don't know how to spell it). It consists of two helpings of a semolina like porridge - 1 sweet and 1 savoury. Any ideas what this dish is called so I can look it up online? thanks!

Chow Chow bath
Quote:
It consists of two dishes as you mentioned. The sweeter one is known as Kesribath and the slightly spicy one is known as kharabath. Both the dishes are made from rawa. Cheers! |

One is called Khara Bath(Its the slightly spicy one)
The other is called Kesari Bath ( Its the sweet one) . They combine to make Chow Chow Bath . The main ingredient is Suji(not sure about the english name) |
