Best Bar/Club/Pub In India
I see all these scattered threads about pubs and clubs, with recommendations and that sought, but I never really see which bars people enjoy the most.
I was wondering what my fellow IndiaMiker's think is the best pub/club/bar in India? My favourite pub was Geoffrey's in Bombay, just because of the service and it had sports on the TV, always. My favourite nightclub would definately had to be Club Cubana in Anjuna, Goa. Just the people were friendly and out to have a good time. It was a really positive aura around the place. So, once again, I was wondering what my fellow IndiaMiker's think is the best pub/club/bar in India?

I enjoyed having a drink at India Music Cafe at Varkala Beach..
The setting was perfect at 11:30 PM in the night, people just lazing around on the cliff...listening and feeling the sea breeze...it was very relaxing.. |

I think the bar is called Sunmar and is in Mumbai on J.B Behram Marg. It's as basic a bar as you can find but I loved the place. Some folk drinking to get drunk and not many tourists. Food waiters - grey shirts, booze waiters - maroon shirts. That's about as fancy as it gets
. The drink was cold and cheap and the food cheap and tasty. |
