aloo parathas

hi all,
im a new comer to this site.im in search of a good recipe for aloo parathas or gobi paratha.Also please suggest a good side dish with them. please help.

I often have either for breakfast. I don't make them! They cook the potato first then mash or chop small, season and add some chili, onion, coriander or anything you like, I would think. With gobi, they grate it but leave it raw. Wrap in your dough flatten out and........
ps. a fried egg or two goes well on the potato one.

As regards to what to eat with them ,it it is stuffed then many of us simply enjoy them with plain yogurt or any of your favourite pickle particularly in north india.Happy parantha making

aloo parathas on the streets of shimla are great. even the aloo parathas serve with butter outside bhimakali mandir (sarahan) are mind blowing.
