I'm in SF, a couple of people are in the East Bay .. and we'll see who else we hear from!

I can't make it on the 4th. The 3rd would work for me ... but don't strain to accommodate me as I'm going to be kind of swamped around then and might not be able to make it on either date!

So, who has a favorite Indian restaurant (in San Francisco) for us to meet at?

I like Al-Hamra, which is on 16th Street between Missiona and Velencia. It's inexpensive Pakistani food, and right near the BART station in case someone is coming from the East Bay.

But I'm open to suggestions....

I like this place because its a nice place for high quality Indian fare in a hip, SF Westernized kind of place...see what you think!

This place will really remind you of India: not much atmosphere, but good food and they always have a lunch-time special.

Here's the location info:
