yogagal, we'll be sure to post any pix, yes.

docgirl, i've only been to the jackson diner once, so i can't say whether the service or food have diminished in quality. however, having been at delhi palace the week before, i found the atmosphere at the jackson diner to be less attractive, a little more clamorous, and the service a bit brusque. nothing so bad about it, really, i just liked delhi palace better. and because i have trouble hearing in noise, it was especially bothersome.

Okay in last few hours my flights have been routed from almost every where before finally settling to the one which gets me one night stop-over at JFK.
I arrive at JFK at 18.30 Hrs on 20th Jan and then my next flight is next day 21st Jan 13.10 Hrs.
I know its too short a notice but would be glad if someone is interested in a meetup such that I do not miss my next flight

I've few questions regarding this sudden night halt at NYC, but I think I'll start a new thread for that. Yes, after so many years criss-crossing US, it my first stay at NYC.

Ummmm... this is a little embarassing, but I won't be able to make the meetup. 2/10 is my fiancee's birthday, and I completely forgot.

we'd love to see you though, especially were things to get out of hand and we should need a moderator.
