I thought it was a particularly tubby girl with a very long black braid.

I did get the Holi bit right, though - I thought is was a freeze-frame of said tubby braid girl having colored water splashed over her.

If people like to take pictures that's nice -- but can I assume no pictures will be posted anywhere without the permission of the people in the pictures (me, for example)?

re: photos. i think everyone can and should honor that. when mach and i were in amsterdam, we solved the dilemma by having him face backwards, a trend i see has continued.

i've now attended meet-ups in paris, a'dam, kolkata and new york. i'm trying for chennai and hyderabad in the autumn. looking forward to meeting everyone.
