john, jackson heights is new york's little india - the perfect venue for an IM meet-up! some if not all of us are trekking over from other boroughs - and it's easily accessible by subway. i leave for india 2/13, and another attendee or two follow soon thereafter. perhaps you'll reconsider and, if so, we'll look forward to meeting you.

I was in NY at the start of January, and took the train out to Jackson Heights (#7, right?) - it rally is a little India. I love the way in NY every stop on the train has a different ethnic makeup......

Anyway, have a great meet-up!

i've been doing that all day...keep panicking thinking i'm leaving day after tomorrow. in point of fact, i instead have 2 days, 21 hours and 2 minutes to go...

Wow, quick with the photos.

But the most important question is yet to be answered, what was the food like?

how cool! and the pics are great.....y'all look like you're freezing tho!

(hey, janice, I know you're going to be like me....the last thing you're going to do before you leave for the airport is log on here just one more time....)

Food was good. All the restaurants in Jackson Heights do buffet lunches on the weekends, so we all ate from the buffet.

Glad you liked the pix. Posting them was quick because I live two blocks from the restaurant.

Nadreg and janice took pictures, too. I'm sure theirs will follow.
