I mean Cheers...!!!

It was my first IM meet-up too and wasn't too sure what exactly to expect...! The most novel thing was that we kinda introduced ourselves with our nick-names...! (We didn't have a choice as thatz how we really knew each other...!)

Relating the nick-names with the real names and the real names with the face will take some getting used to...! (Unless it's Adventure Prince we are talking about...!) But it sure was nice n' novel...!

Here's a bit about everyone...

Aishah - the organiser and the systematic one...! Thanks for bringing us all together, or we would've still been plannin' about it...! Good that after having been in India for 8 years, u still have that Kiwi spirit in you...!

k_c borty - good u brought lil' nayonika along...! Real sweet kid...! Been all over the blessed country - except Arunachal...! My gawd...!

hp66 - Where did u rush off...? And whatz the hp stand for...?? This is somethin' that I would love to do too - work for an ngo... but then, I kinda take it easy... Where do u go from Delhi...?

styler - done it all, seen it all... we were all impressed...! thoroughly...! and rest assured, cafe at manali (or is it vashisht..?) is on...!

candyji - Till 5 min back, I thought it was Kandy 'G' like in Kenny G..!! Canada + Britain + Australia...? Right...? Agra is where u stay and have the Taj in your backyard...! Ahem...!!!

Adventure Prince - When do u move to Bollywood / Hollywood...? If there had been some single young ladies in the group, you would've been surrounded - none would've even looked at the rest of us...!!! (And avoid posting the pic; seems better this way...)

mmmmdave - The name can give the gals some kinky ideas...! But then, I guess u are right... It's as unique as unique can be...! Just one thing - You have arrived in Delhi in the best season, so make the most of it, before the Delhi summer hits u...!

Waghobha - Was that a tiger in Marathi...? Thanx for refreshin my memories of Bbay city... I just love BBay city... And u sure have travelled the world...!

Jivan - The silent one...? Pune to Delhi must have been a change... Reiki n 6 months in Mcleodganj...? Wow...!

Shashank - I think u wouldn't have minded a few more beers, right...??!! You were also one of the organisers, I guess... You sure kept things interesting within the group...

And thanks to the significant others of kcborty, mmmmdave (mmmmdevi...? ;-) ) and Waghoba for coming along...!

And lastly, sorry for boring u about my trips to the Himalayas... I'm still in two minds whether to go to Mcleodganj this weekend or not...!

It would suit us to meet at the railway museum too, if that's not going to mess up your meeting with Vinayverma - I'd be very happy to meet another IMer. Unless we hear otherwise we'll plan to be there around 12. I haven't been for a long time, and Vikki not at all.

Not sure if I'll have internet access for a few days as off to Ranthambore tomorrow morning. Wish us luck!

hi all,
solo just a minor correction. I had/have been exploring with Reiki for last 6-7 years.This was one of those times when I just wanted to be on my own & there were some friends with whom I could share the experience. That's about it. I wasn't silent but just drinking seeing the animation people had for each other. The way people's eyes lit up when talking to each other & stuff like that. I enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Thanks for pics, AP - if you are looking at them then names are from Left to Right (slight correction!) And AP himself is in Post 1297 leaning across the front of Jivan, just behind the two ladies.

Hi Steven,

just saw that 14th is a Friday, I was under the impression that it was a Saturday. So 14th will be difficult to get out of office that early.
I'm okay with meeting on 15th (Saturday)anywhere in delhi/Gurgaon.
Let me know how are you placed and the prefered time and place. I might be able to pull together few more old timers at IM.

Hello Vinay, Saturday may be difficult, I've left the day free for pre-arranged meetings, but we're still to decide on the times (2 different meetings, kind of buisness meetings).

I'll hopefully get back to you once I have more details.
