Thanks Nikhil and Roohan, you had such a beautiful and warm house...It was just the right amount of people - not too big nor too small. I skipped the legal and political forum, preferring to giggle my head off with a few others and had a fantastic time. Angel Carrot, the mango-bannana concoction was divine... Btw - no worries Nikhil, it would take a hell lot more than that to tramatize me, c'mon! Anyways, you've shown you know exactly where to draw the line ; ) Thanks again! ![]() |

Being one of the later ones to arrive wouldn't have saved you from that either. Hovering Nikhil with his ancient and tasty hard liquors, I need to learn to say "no" to you... |

Yes, we had a great time. Kirsten's 2 sorority sisters had just got in the previous night.
We had the pool to ourselves for the whole day. A couple of the hotel staff were curiously looking on as the girls stripped to their bikinis and sun-bathe. Because the staff had been so nice to us, the three girls took photos with the manager and his staff (with their bikinis on haha). It really made their day and we printed out a copy of the photos and let them keep it . The expressions on their faces were priceless, and they loved it!

Nice Meet-up...! Cheers...!
Hiya...
Sorry for being one of the last ones to say thanks...! But seriously, thanks a lot Roohan and Nikhil, for being the wonderful hosts that you obviously are...! And yes, Foodies too...! It's in the genes for sure...! We all sure did stretch things more than a bit... But you guys extended the hospitality to the maximum extent possible... Cheers to that...! Carrying on till 2.00 a.m...! Phhhewww...!!! While it had taken me a good 40 minutes to reach the place; I was home in all of ten...! It sure was a good idea to change over from the staple Old Monk (after having a couple of drinks ofcourse); and try out one of the sundry Vodkas available in Nikhil's Bar...! Thanks to Angel Carrot... As having her concoction sure helped in an easy switchover...! You sure have to give me the recipe again... Louis Louis...? Or are you giving it a new name...? I intend making the concoction at home, maybe with a few variations thrown in, before the Mango season actually gets over...! (Send me a p.m. s'il vous plait...!) Hopefully, I should be attending these meet-ups more frequently henceforth...! Cheers...! ![]() |

1 2kg Jar 2kg mango (or other seasonal fruit) .5 kg bananas 1c sugar 1 bottle vodka cut fruit. Put a 1-2 inch layer of fruit in jar. Cover in 1/4 cup sugar, then fill with vodka just to the top of the fruit. Repeat until full. Leave in the sun for a month for pudding, or leave for two days in the fridge and blend in "mixie" :P with ice for Louie Louie. Delish! ![]() |
