I'm still working out our itinerary. We plan to arrive in Delhi on the 18th, but have some family issues to sort out so that can derail our plans while in Delhi. We're probably still at around 25% probability of being able to make it to the meetup

So in case anyone else needs a ride, please feel free, and the kids & I will take cab.

Nikhil - wonder if we should move to to the place City Monk mentioned because if the #s get too big, wouldn't be fair to you and your family to host us all. For me, it won't matter where as long as there is a mall nearby. Biggest issue is a stupid family squabble among my Kashmiri wing, long story I won't bore you all with even if we meet, I promise!

Resturant 'Privilege Punjab' formely (Piccadilly Punjab), Place is adjacent to rajouri garden metro station, very near to all those rajouri malls, and is on main najafgarh road.

P.S. Special price of 149.00 unlimted food is for lunch only and not for dinner.i think drinks also have some happy hours during afternoon.

awright guys. Lets not make alternate plans just yet. Nikhil is in Goa, and as mentioned by him in his earlier posts, would confirm things after 15th july. So we still have ample time.

And An alternate venue has already been posted in case Nikhil is not able to host us.

I want to present rajouri not as alternative but next meet up place after nitin's place meetup. He would be coming back from goa on 16 July. I have just suggested, so we have ample time, to plan things. Dates I have not suggested at all, anyway date is going to be decided after success of prêet vihar meet up.

It is nice some of you are already familiar with place and I being “Sagittarius” agree with “truly Gemini” that food is really good and, will add, is value for money. In case as suggested by honorable "namaste_cat" gathering becomes too big, for nitin’s place, we can shift the venue here at eleventh hour also.

The little birdy probably hasn't attended a New Delhi Meetup thats why it doesn't really know what happens at them? Never had that comment made in any of the ones I have attended.

Umm there are no anonymous lurkers in my house ..sorry does one need to organize them? , though there may be a camera or two

Nikhil - a small bump , might have got stuck with something else on Saturday night - family scene which i might not be able to avoid. Probably best to rule me out for now - will keep trying however and come across even if its last minute - the whisky has been bought already!
