Yep. I will be attending all IM meetups in Delhi coz, I may be leaving Delhi soon. Phantom. If you are coming on 29th, then just get out of the airport and drive straight to Hash near vasant vihar. You can attend the meetup and then go home. I am up for this weekend also.

Hey, I was just kidding about 29th. Just land and settle and let us know when you can make it. Any time should be fine with me. cfhi, ofcourse you come. Vinay is the gentleman who knows what do and when. I am not sure about this weekend actually as I may go out of town. I can come on a weekday also, and also everyday for meetups.

I had many trips to bangalore and never had a chance to meet 'the PHANTOM'.

May be in Delhi we do get the chance of meeting the Phantom (the ghost who walks ?)

Wow, lot of action going on here.
Yes the weather is getting better everyday and good time for another meetup.
Sadly, I've been keeping very busy lately and would be traveling on friday & saturday (21st & 22nd Oct). So this weekend, Sunday is the day for me.
Just fix the date, time and venue and I'll be there.

Phantom: Any day after Diwali is fine. you being the guest, pick your date.
Usha: when are you in Delhi? let us know and we'll plan something.
Conor M: have you crossed Iran? Are you in pakistan now? All the best. would love to hear all the stories. Let us know when you are in Delhi and I'll find you an Irish/Indian Bar

Hi guys.. this weekend is tight I am going to Chennai on Friday morning.. not sure if I come back the same evening or the next evening.. but yes.. look forward to meeting you guys again, hope it is on a convenient date ..

How about just before Diwali... I met a Romanian guy (IM Id Soki), recently, from Indiamike.com , who is also personally known to some common friends.. He and his girlfriend are passing by through New Delhi just before Diwali.. perhaps around the 28th to 1st.. Is any one game for a meet on say the 29th. It is possible that they could be here on the 28th Itself.

Also about the venues.. I would like to suggest another arrangement. Some of my friends (actually more my brother's friends / students etc..) do parties at various clubs, roughly once every 3-4 weeks.. We are able to work out a special deal.. with various clubs.. For instance a couple of weeks ago at TAPAS, at Hotel Vasant Continental, Vasant Vihar.. We had a deal for unlimited drinks (Indian brands) and four snacks at Rs. 625/- per head (incl of taxes )...At about Rs. 700/- we are able to get a wider choice of snacks..

I would think we do spend about that much or more per head.. if we have even a couple of drinks each.

I guess we would need 10 plus persons to get this deal.. This could be an option for some of our future meet ups.
