My appologies for not checking this thread although u smsed me as I was tied up with work.

As there were various preferences and reservations on the dates by members hence it was a bit confusing hence I prepared a colour codded sheet.

I have uploaded the sheet along with this reply for other members to get a fair idea.

From the look of it theseare the obvious choices:-

either 1st AUG( too short a notice for members)

[center]OR

7th AUG ( as this is the last day before pajushan, ronak bhai can pigout)


BTW guys how much of waiting does it take to register a place in VIPASSANA (igatpuri)and is there a faster way to get there?

Madras Cafe...... Man!! Is that the one we had one of the meetups at?? I still remember I had Neer Dosa and it was amazing! Oh how I miss these meetups and Mumnai specially!!!

Trek would be fun after the rains! Will get an amazing view with some slippery adventure

Instead of the using the .pdf would suggest you to use any one of the calendaring software, let that be google calendar, yahoo calendar or calgoo http://www.calgoo.com/ whatever you guys (no one sex intended) feel for. And not just for this one for others as well. You could also perhaps have a calendar in both the major camps & reflect the same in other. Another one would be http://www.rememberthemilk.com/

Thanks for your reply & pdf sheet. Seems you are very busy with work. When Avid smsed you I was with him listening to Malli Mastan's lecture on Char Dham traverse. We even tried calling you after the lecture but both your cell nos. were not reachable. For Vipassana have you cheked their website
http://www.dhamma.org/ Even I would like to do their course probably next year (taking a leave for 10 days looks next to impossible right now) My Grand Uncle (My Grand mother's brother) was an instructor over there but now he prefers practising the same alone in some village on the borders of T.N. & Karnataka. He stays all alone their while his wife & sons stay in Chennai.

Looks 7 th sept. Friday is convenient for most of us. Shall we final the date ? & What about location ? Matunga looks good to me.

Friday the 7th Sept evening means i can reach Matunga by 8 pm. If I have to reach earlier, say at 6 pm; then I'll have to arrange for a locum. Lets see...
