So where will the next one be? I really think we should meet up in Leicester.. May be we should take a big risk and go to Shakonis in Leicester.. OK there is Shakonis in London, but Leicester would be a great meet up place.. Risk? because it's a vegetarian restaurant..

Shall we plan one this side of Xmas? Say mid November?

I'm very amateur at this sort of thing. I just got hold of The Gimp (It's Photoshop for people that can't afford Photoshop) and hey, suddenly everything looks like a picture waiting to be re-touched!

I know from past experience that I'll be suffering from withdrawal sympoms on my return, so lets pencil in a Bristol / Welsh borders meetup for January. It's a dismal time so it would be cool to have something to look forward to.

Yes, I would have loved to be there. Unfortunately I was committed to a really fun long-arranged event, but didn't even make that due to a miserable cold. Not saying it was a bad one but if I was a bloke it would have been flu!

Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in England, but at least now you have a perfect excuse, you have to come back so you can meet up with myself and Karuna!

Apologies for missing the recent meetup - looks like it was a good one! Have been out of touch for a while again.

Something a little nearer to Devon in the New Year sounds pretty good too. With luck I might have persuaded V that we ought to be booking flights and so on by then.
