Look, Tony, you stick with Samantha from I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue; OK? Anyway, I'm much closer to Essex than you are. And probably better-looking.

Could this be the first ever IM Meet to cause a punchup before it even happens?

I'm there with bells on, gang!
Good lord you let one Essex girl along, and the whole things turns into a ruck....

Unless you guys insist on alcohol with your meal. This is an authentic South Indian eating experience; there won't be any beer there!

They have two branches: one pure-veg and one mixed. I guess we want the mixed one.

What are they...

I'm sure there are people that can give a better answer than I, and who are probably better qualified but I shall make an attempt anyway:

Parotta - is a Keralan style bread, nothing like chapatti or naan.
Dosa - Is like a huge pancake, slightly crispy on the outside and filled with different things: Masala dosa is usually filled with potatoes, spices, onions etc,
Badam Kheer- is a drink. Comes from the Badam nut which I understand (please correct me if i am wrong) comes from the cashew nut family. Sounds strange, tastes wonderful!

Hope that clear's things up a bit!

We have a large Tamil community as well as a Malayalees and Telegus here. There is a Shaivite tremple and a Vaishnavite temple and about six S. Indian restaurants. It is authentic!

I bet their friends back home are queueing up for a chance to get that £5 an hour

I'm happy with drinks before as well!
But, yeah that's cool for me.
Is there anyone else out there who's coming along?

Sounds good to me, Andy. 5.00pm will probably be OK crowds-wise, but booking would be safest just in case.
