I had a splendid time this afternoon - great to put some faces to the names. Too much good food (I really liked the chicken tikka starter) and definitely too much beer, and lots of interesting chat.

Many thanks to the Londoner for organising it.

I'd definitely be up for another London meet or even a western meet as suggested by Mike. Someone mentioned a good south Indian restaurant in Bristol ...

It's been sounding good all along; wish I could have been there with you all, but BA have, yet again, failed to select me for a free Chennai/Heathrow return!

We had a Penzance meetup in 2005 --- yes, get another West Country meet going!

Morning everyone - yes ditto to the above - really enjoyed the food, the beer, and above all the great company and the chat. Many many thanks to Londoner for making it happen, and looking forward to a repeat event (with added sunshine?) somewhere in the West Country.

(Better start lobbying BA for direct Chennai/Bristol flights, Nick! Or Chennai/Penzance?)

I think we had far too many beers and glasses of wine to take photos, even if we had a camera.. They would all turn out very fuzzy.. Heheee.. It was a great afternoon..
